Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms, while not spotless, offered great access to the Arts precinct in Melbourne; however, the views were a hit or miss - my room had a dazzling view of Southbank. The service I received was remarkable, with a staff member at check-in going above and beyond to fix any issues in a very polite manner. The location was unbeatable, just across from Flinders Street station, making it easy to get around. However, the hotel sits in an overly crowded area, making it quite the challenge to come and go. Additionally, the dining options were alright; I was pleased to find scrambled eggs included in my rate, but more variety would have been appreciated.
